Francis Kamande is the Pharmacist at ASN Upendo Village Dispensary, responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper drug use, and ensuring safe and effective treatment. He manages the dispensary’s pharmacy operations, including stock control, ordering, and monitoring to prevent shortages or expiries. Francis also supports HIV care, maternal and child health, and chronic disease management by guiding patients on adherence and drug safety.
