ASN Upendo Village Dispensary Project

The ASN Upendo Village Dispensary Project was established to provide accessible, affordable, and compassionate healthcare services to people living with HIV and AIDS, orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs), and the wider community in Naivasha.

The project focuses on:

  • HIV Testing & Care: Providing voluntary counseling and testing (VCT), antiretroviral treatment (ART), and continuous follow-up.
  • Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT): Supporting mothers during pregnancy and after delivery to ensure healthier outcomes for their children.
  • Outpatient & Maternal Services: Offering consultations, safe deliveries, immunizations, and child health monitoring.
  • Nutrition Support: Integrating medical care with food supplements and training on healthy diets.
  • Community Outreach: Mobile clinics and health talks that extend services beyond the dispensary walls.
  • NHIF/SHIF Services: Making healthcare more affordable and accessible to families.

Through this project, ASN Upendo Village reaches 6,000+ patients annually, improving lives with dignity, compassion, and hope.

The Dispensary Project is not just about treatment—it’s about restoring health, building resilience, and giving families a brighter future.
