The Project Development Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects across ASN Upendo Village. He works closely with program teams to design initiatives, track progress, and ensure activities align with the organization’s strategic plan. By preparing reports, mobilizing resources, and engaging partners, he helps strengthen program impact and sustainability. His role ensures that projects—from healthcare to income generation—are effectively implemented, responsive to community needs, and deliver measurable results that improve lives.
