For PLWHA`S, training of community health workers and care givers, psycho-social support groups, counselling, provision of nutritional food supplement, solar cookers as well housing improvement – construction of semi-permanent houses for needy cases. It also provides them with food, medical care, school fees, placement with next of keen and assistance in cases of child abuse incidences, it also involves provision of infant milk to HIV+ mothers for their babies, food supplement for weaned babies and education on maternal child health. Community outreach is designed to prevent HIV and AIDS through creating awareness, holistic education, peer education, life skills training and reaches out to members of the general public within the community.
